I made another order as I cannot wait for my complaint to be sorted out by your customer service and my time for checking the first print is running out - there was a fault on the trial copy that I reported on the 4th November. I will definitely be using your service again. This should be not longer than 5 working days. I think you should have a contact number and a max time in which to answer a complaint email. I have added 3 stars to my original review and I hope you will try to establish a better customer support service in future. I have to say that the quality is really good and the print quality is great for my needs. I have now received two different copies of the same book (black and white - different cover and paper). Good quality but lack of customer support!!! I would definitely self-publish with Blurb again! Overall, I am delighted with my experience and the quality of the book. Note, however, that when people buy my $10 book from their site, they will pay approximately $18 in shipping and taxes! (So they'll pay $28 total for my $10 book). ![]() ![]() I learned, through the process, that I could order the number of books I want to have delivered to me (which I'm selling on my own website) and that Blurb will do "print on demand" for anyone who may want to buy my book directly from their site. We decided on an 8"x10" Economy Colour Trade Book, and I must say I am very impressed with the quality of the colours and images! Although customer service reps were not always available when I had questions, and sometimes there were delays in getting responses, overall I found the service professional and understanding. I'm really happy with my experience using Blurb to self-publish a children's picture book.
